Keep customers and staff comfortable while the real restrooms are out of service. We match the fixtures you're taking offline — for 30, 60, 90 days, or as long as you need.
When a building's permanent restrooms come out of service for a renovation, you have two choices: close the space, or bring in a temporary facility and keep operating. A restroom trailer lets your restaurant keep seating guests, your store keep customers comfortable, and your office or campus keep functioning — all while the real restrooms get rebuilt.
Our trailers are clean, fully enclosed, climate-controlled, and a genuine step above a porta-potty — the kind of facility your customers and staff won't mind using for the length of the project.
Sizing a remodel rental is straightforward. We replace like-for-like: however many stalls and urinals you're pulling out of service, we match with the right trailer. Tell us what's coming offline and we'll line it up — no overpaying for capacity you don't need, no coming up short.
Doing a restaurant or commercial remodel? OSHA requires employees to have hot water for hand-washing. We can set up hot water on the trailer to meet that requirement — just let us know it's needed and we'll have it ready.
Renovation schedules slip. We get it. Rent for 30, 60, or 90 days, and if the project runs long, extending is one phone call — no drawn-out process, no runaround. You deal directly with the owner from first call to final pickup.
Straight answers to what remodel GCs and property owners ask most. Don't see yours? Call the owner directly.
When permanent restrooms are out of service during a renovation, a restroom trailer keeps customers, staff, or tenants comfortable so the project can proceed without shutting down the space. It's a clean, enclosed, climate-controlled alternative to closing restrooms entirely.
For remodels we keep it simple: we match like-for-like, replacing the number of stalls and urinals you're taking offline. Tell us what's coming out of service and we'll match it.
Yes. For restaurant and commercial remodels where OSHA requires hot water for employee hand-washing, we can set up hot water on the trailer. Just let us know it's required for your project.

Yes. We support commercial remodels of all kinds — restaurants, retail and big-box stores, offices, churches, and more — keeping the space usable while the permanent restrooms are rebuilt.
Our 3, 4, and 6-station trailers run on a single dedicated 110V 20-amp circuit. The larger 8 and 10-station trailers have two air conditioning units and need two 20-amp circuits. If a site has no power available, the trailers can also run from a correctly sized generator.
Yes. Our trailers have heaters and have been placed successfully in below-freezing conditions. Cold-weather placement does take some planning — the trailer needs to stay powered and connected so the heat keeps the water lines from freezing — so for a foothill or mountain site, call us and we'll plan it out with you.
