Monthly placements for retail, distribution centers, campuses, and seasonal overflow — predictable rates, scheduled servicing, and zero hassle. Set it and forget it.
Some sites need restrooms for a weekend. Others need them for the long haul — a distribution center between builds, a campus during construction, a retail location through a remodel, or a seasonal operation at peak. That's what long-term rental is built for: a clean, climate-controlled facility that's simply there and working, month after month, without you having to think about it.
Because we're owner-operated, your placement is never handed off. The same person who owns the equipment manages your account, your servicing, and your questions — directly. That's a level of accountability most large rental outfits structurally can't match.
Distribution centers and warehouses, retail and big-box locations, college and corporate campuses, churches and community facilities, agricultural and seasonal operations, and any business facing extra capacity needs during its busy stretch. If it's commercial and it's in Northern California, it's what we do.
Straight answers to what facility and operations managers ask most. Don't see yours? Call the owner directly.
A long-term rental is a monthly placement, typically for facilities, campuses, distribution centers, seasonal operations, or any site that needs dependable restrooms for an extended period rather than a single weekend. Billing is predictable and servicing is scheduled.
Long-term rentals are billed on a simple monthly basis with scheduled servicing built in. No surprises and no weekend drama — you know what you're paying and when the trailer gets serviced.
Yes. We place trailers wherever they're needed for your operation, including inside warehouses and distribution centers, as long as the space and access allow for safe placement and servicing.
We handle scheduled pumping and service. Many long-term clients keep daily cleaning and restocking in-house, the way they would with any on-site facility, so the unit is always ready and no one is waiting on an outside vendor.
As long as you need — weeks, months, or ongoing. Extending is one phone call, with no drawn-out process.
Our 3, 4, and 6-station trailers run on a single dedicated 110V 20-amp circuit. The larger 8 and 10-station trailers have two air conditioning units and need two 20-amp circuits. If a site has no power available, the trailers can also run from a correctly sized generator.
Yes. Our trailers have heaters and have been placed successfully in below-freezing conditions. Cold-weather placement does take some planning — the trailer needs to stay powered and connected so the heat keeps the water lines from freezing — so for a foothill or mountain site, call us and we'll plan it out with you.
When you call NorCal, you reach the person who owns the equipment and manages every placement personally — someone who knows your kind of project and can get you the right unit. Straight answers, direct accountability, no runaround.
